1 年Thanks Ross for sharing...the word 'critical' is very important here since many players in the FMCG space still think they can 'wing it' by skipping many/some of the key steps toward excellence! In other words, the whole planning and execution process is critical, every step! I would encourage brand principals and distributors to seek expert advice and guidance if they truly seek transformation, otherwise the alternative can be commercial demise by a thousand cuts (in the brand development sense!). I've seen so many "lazy" efforts out there in the distribution world. At the end of the day, it's about understanding the critical actions and disciplined execution.
