Focus 100% for a limited time and take breaks.

For example, one popular technique is called the pomodoro technique which says break all of your days into 25minutes of focus with 5mins rest on repeat. It became so popular, people started to develop pomodoro clocks! We'll discuss how to utilise this method is Step 2 below.

The idea of this step is to try and focus on creating a conducive environment that supports concentration and minimizes distractions. Establishing a distraction-free space is crucial for optimizing focus and productivity. Consider the following insights:
