15 acts Kindness at workplace , business, office . . All are easily implementable . Namley

(1) Give FULL ATTENTION when someone is speaking !

(2) Check in on colleagues & coworkers ( also friends ) when they seem ' down' .

(3) Offer constructive feedback, KINDLY .

(4) Leave a Linked In recommendation , to a colleague !

(5) Use humor when appropriate , in an apt way. Laughing WITH others and NOT , AT others !

(6) Gift your favourite book to a colleague .

(7) Sing a colleagues praises to a boss.

(8) Help someone to complete the task.

(9) Ask someone , their opinion and consider their perspective.

(10) Understand and be tolerant of others' mistakes.

(11) Do not ignore text messages on phone. Reply " I am busy, I will get back to you later . "

(12) Say thanks to colleagues who completed their tasks.

(13) Tell your bosses or subordinates - what professional qualities or work place behaviors you like about THEM, occassionally.

(14) Invite someone to have lunch with you , and

(15) Avoid gossiping .
