Last week, the Biden administration sent two of its diplomats to negotiate on the new arrangement in Syria and elsewhere. At the same time, the US Congress could not come to a conclusion about the removal of HTS from the US list of terrorist groups. Blinken visits Iraq to discuss Syria’s post-Assad transition
