14th of August - Pakistan Independence Day

A day of celebrating our national holiday, a day dedicated to honoring the freedom, cherish and paying tribute to the sacrifices made by our martyrs. This day serves as a reminder of the unity and determination that led to the creation of Pakistan, allowing us to live according to Islamic principles.

The day of cherishing and paying tributes to our Martyrs.

Pakistan, with its rich agricultural heritage, benefits from a diverse climate with four distinct seasons: summer, winter, autumn, and spring. Agriculture is vital to our economic stability, with key crops including wheat, maize, and rice, particularly the renowned Basmati rice. Additionally, Pakistan is a leading producer of high-quality cotton. Our agricultural landscape also features a variety of fruits such as mangoes, oranges, grapefruits, and pomegranates, and vegetables including potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and carrots.

Our country is also blessed with abundant mineral resources, including copper, gold, iron ore, salt, gypsum, and limestone. Moreover, Pakistan is known for its gemstones, including emeralds, rubies, and sapphires.

We are proud of Pakistan’s significant achievements on the global stage: it is the world’s first Muslim nuclear state, a major exporter of footballs, having world’s largest deep-sea port, highest paved international roads, and ?largest irrigation systems.

“Freedom is not the absence of commitments, but the ability to choose – and commit myself to – what is best for my nation.” – Hafeez Jullundhri

However, as we reflect on our current situation, several questions arise:

?- Are we truly free?

- Are we living according to the Islamic principles that Pakistan was founded upon?

- Are we united?

- Are we fulfilling our obligations towards others (Haqooq ul Ibad)?

- Are we contributing enough to the betterment of Pakistan?

- What message are we sending to the world?

Happy Independence Day 2024

It is easy to blame Pakistan for the challenges we face, yet these issues often stem from our own actions and attitudes. We have formed groups and prioritized personal gains, sometimes at the expense of fairness and Islamic principles. Our focus should shift from seeking personal benefit to addressing the needs of our nation.

?To resolve our problems, we must have to become solution. It is time for us to unite, improve, and uphold our commitment to Pakistan. We need to support each other and meet our obligations with integrity. Our lives should align with Islamic values, and we must unite in our efforts. The challenges may be daunting, but our actions must be guided by a vision for the greater good of Pakistan by following the Islamic values. We need to ensure that our actions positively impact the nation through ethical and lawful means, because we are Pakistan.
