14th Anniversary for ComTek

It’s the 14th Anniversary for ComTek today and an anniversary is a joyous and memorable day to celebrate.? All the past anniversaries for ComTek have been a low key due to the day of the year it falls on.? September 11th.? A sad day for all of us who are closely or remotely related to USA.? This day in 2001 has taught a valuable lesson for a lot of us to not take life for granted.? I was ‘fresh-off-boat’ and only a month old in US.? Even though I was miles away from ground zero, I did have my jitters when I received wake-up calls about a disaster happening in Manhattan (none of them knew that I was in the other Manhattan (Little Apple), Kansas.? I salute the efforts of the real heroes who ran towards that disaster to help others selflessly.

Anniversaries are all about remembering and reminiscing both the good memories as well as the bad that made the good more enjoyable.? This anniversary, I would like to celebrate the relationships that I have built along this journey.? All of my friends, family, former colleagues, mentors, and our employees, partners, clients, and many inspirational leaders have played their part in making me who I am today.? I want to celebrate their contributions today and toast them for the time they spent with me.?Thank you!!

While I reminisce about the past, I came to the realization that from my childhood, I loved running towards problems that intrigued me, with a single-minded goal to do my best in trying to solve those problems.? I honestly believe that this passion still drives me even today in building new relationships and taking help from others in solving some of the IT industry problems that we face every day. ?Spending 14 years of my prime career in USA & building my work culture from those roots and being back in India for the past 7 years & working with some of the energetic and promising IT heroes here, ComTek has been working on some of the problems of IT industry in finding the best quality talent at the affordable cost.

Enough pondering about the past.?After all, future success is built on the past foundation; by today’s execution; and with a future vision for growth.? I would like to take this memorable day to share my thoughts on how ComTek has been running towards these problems and working diligently in solving them, one client at a time.
