Indeed Shanee Moret, video form of content help with establishing connection and trust. Over 80 % communication is in our body language. However, high impressions with lower number of engagement shows that LinkedIn in pushing the video form as it’s a new feature they introduced recently. Engagement rate is a better measure as it takes into account the total number of followers (denominator). A 2-3.5 % engagement is the average on LinkedIn. Total engagement of the post is 66 + 10 + 3 =79 Impressions ~150.000 Engagement rate (total engagement / impressions) *100 (79 /150,000)*100 = 0.0526%
