The Entire UFA Complex has been separated and is owned and being used by the following: St. Elizabeth Family Medical Practice is occupying the Hobart Street section. The Focus Senior Living and Rehabilitation Center occupies Kemble Street side.

The structural systems in the building are as follows:

  • ·????????The floors in the building consist of reinforced concrete slabs and joists.
  • ·????????The exterior walls are masonry bearing walls.
  • ·????????The interior structural supports are a mix of masonry bearing walls and structural steel beams supported by steel or masonry columns.
  • ·????????The foundation walls are reinforced concrete.
  • The roof deck is precast lightweight cementitious plank supported on steel framing.
  • The gymnasium roof structure consists of large trusses spanning across the gymnasium with steel purlins supporting the deck.
  • The area where the gymnasium building meets the original building forms a bridge that provides grade level access under the second floor from the street into a courtyard.
  • Due to the nature of the structural systems and the construction of the addition that houses the gymnasium, the natural point to separate the properties would have been the former original building south wall which is on the north side of the open grade area.
