14,000 Died of Flu Already in the U.S. How to Build Your Immune System.

CNN just reported that 14,000 people in the United States have already died of the common flu this 2019/2020 season, including 92 children, and 26 million have been infected.  The 2019-2020 flu season, which began September 29, is projected to be one of the worst in a decade, according to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. At least 250,000 people have been hospitalized with complications from the flu, and that number is predicted to climb as flu activity swirls.

Everyone is worried about the Coronavirus, but the common influenza is dangerous throughout North America each year, with different versions appearing.

What can you do to avoid the flu and to build your immune system?

1. Get the flu shot.

2. Wash your hands throughout the day....e.g. avoid touching door knobs, railings, toilet seats, handles in sinks. Avoid large crowds, movie theaters.

3. Drink water throughout the day

5. Eat a diet rich in fresh fruits and veggies

6.  Optimize your diet with powerful supplementation
