14 Years Ago, I Planted a Seed... ??

Fourteen years ago, I began my career with Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled at Gadag. It was my very first job, and I was eager to make a difference. During my time there, I worked to build a culture that valued education, empowerment, and inclusivity. I sowed seeds of knowledge, values, and compassion, hoping they would one day flourish.

Today, I look back and see the fruits of those efforts—thriving individuals, empowered communities, and positive societal change. It’s truly mesmerizing to witness the growth and impact of those early days. What started as a humble seed has grown into a fruitful tree that continues to benefit society.
