If you want to increase your newsletter's open rate and its users' engagement. A few quick and easy tactics that produce extraordinary results. **(TRIED & TESTED)
1. Ask for answers.
In your first message, ask the reader to respond to this email. A simple "YES" will do. The more responses, the higher the chance that algorithms will find your emails valuable. And they won't throw them into spam or offers.
2. Do A/B/C testing.
Do A/B/C testing of your email subject on your least engaged subscribers. After a few hours, see which one worked best and send it to the rest of your list.
3. Use GIF as your email profile picture.
Use a GIF as your email profile picture, preferably the same picture you use on your other profiles and social media, so you are easily recognizable.

4. Ask to be moved to the primary inbox
In the first email, ask people to move the email from the promo tab/spam to the primary inbox. If more people have you in the main inbox, Google's system treats your emails better. Google treats your emails even better when they write back to you.
5. Create a reward system and communicate it to your audience.
Create reward emails for the number of points earned in your marketing automation system. For example, a 30% discount code for earning 60 points. Let the user get 10 points for every time they open the email. When the user opens 6 of our emails, he will automatically receive an email with a discount on our products.
6. Best off.....
Send "best off..." emails that aggregate your content, such as blog posts, social media posts, etc.
7. Announce.
if you're going to do a promotion, announce it. Eg. Three days before sending an e-mail that you are about to announce something interesting, the day before sending an e-mail that they should check their mailbox at a certain time, e.g., at 10 a.m.
8. Timmer.
If the promotion in the email is to be time-limited, add a timer to the end of the promotion. Free counter - https://www.sendtric.com More advanced paid tool - https://www.deadlinefunnel.com
9. Social Proof.
In each email, add the opinion that users gave you (social proof) and intersperse it in the content, e.g., between paragraphs
10. Ask Questions.
Ask questions and engage users. e.g., ask them what they would like to find in the Eid/Christmas promotion, hold a poll, and answer emails.
11. Find out people's opinions and expectations .

13. Emotional content.
Tell a story.?Make your brand, employee, or customer the hero of your content. A good story has a beginning, a protagonist, plot twists, and a resolution.
Promote your brand as a lifestyle, not as a business, to create a sense of belonging and build a community.
Show that your products connect people with similar attitudes and aspirations. A good example is Apple. Use humor. Add a dash of humor to your mailing entries. If the recipient smiles, the chances of them remembering you will increase dramatically.
Make pop culture references. 28% of the world's best-known companies use references to popular movies, characters, and books in their communications. People like things they already know; it gives them a sense of belonging to the right group.
14. The same emoticon in every email.
Choose a permanent emoticon to use. The Morning Brew newsletter uses "coffee emoji" (if your mailing system does not have emoticons, you can add them on a Windows system using the windows+r shortcut) - inform the user of this in 1 welcome email - the user interested in your content will immediately recognize the e-mail from you.
By implementing these tried and tested tactics, you can significantly boost your newsletter's open rates and user engagement. Remember, the key is to experiment, measure, and adapt. Start small with a few of these strategies and gradually incorporate more as you see positive results.
Building a successful newsletter takes time and effort, but with these actionable tips, you're well on your way to creating content that not only reaches your audience but also resonates with them.
