The last statistic is most interesting to me - and I would love to know more about employers thoughts on the importance of retaining employees. ??“A whopping 78% of employees quitting could have been prevented by the employer. “ ?????? Or 3 out of every 4 employees that left a company could have been retained but were not due to company shortsightedness in these areas : -lack of standardized onboarding process -culture -lack of DEI standards -On the job training *so many jobs in the current economy want the employees to be skilled or over skilled for the job - the employer does not want to train. Interesting ?? kind of shows how employers and employees have a big gap to being on the same page. -Higher education -Coworkers -Annual raises not given or not high enough to match the economy -Lack of flexible work hours -Lack of appreciation But there is a lot to consider from this survey - what age groups most responded?
