This week we continue to uplift stories from our stelar group of coaches mentoring participants of our climate up-skilling programs.

?? "Hey everyone! I’m Aaron Albrecht, based in the South Bay of Los Angeles. My background is basically, well… rocket science. After earning my PhD in mechanical engineering, I spent the better part of 20 years in defense industry, primarily in national security space launch. In 2022 however, I left that path and took off on a year-long round-the-world trip with my wife and 3 kids (then 12, 10, and 7). We hit 6 continents and 25 countries, volunteering in India, Bali, and Costa Rica. It was an incredbile and life changing experience. After seeing the places and living with the people most severely affected by climate change, I felt I had to turn my skills to building a more sustainable world. I’m still new on the path but I’ve now opened a boutique sustainability consulting firm with my wife and we’re figuring it out! In addition to my love of travel (been to 55 countries and all 7 continents), I’m a huge music fan. Seeing it, listening to it, and attempting to play it. I’ve got a long way to go but jazz ukulele is hobby #1 for me!" ???
