Our second RPO mission for Delvaux ??

Our consultant Muriel is back at Delvaux for a new RPO assignment, to replace their HRBP during her maternity leave. Following the success of her first assignment from July 2022 to January 2023, Muriel has been commissioned again this year to put her expertise to good use.

Challenges of the mission

  • Achieving HR objectives: helping the HR department achieve the strategic and operational objectives set by the Group.
  • Support for HR projects: contributing to the company's development by strengthening the commitment and loyalty of all employees, and by proposing tools to help them develop their skills.
  • Day-to-day support: providing assistance in human resources management for the Branding & Communication, Merchandising and Sales departments, as well as for all support functions. This includes recruitment, training, appraisals, compensation & benefits, and onboarding.
  • Individual relations management: following up individual cases and manage disciplinary and litigation aspects.

Our workshop for Traxio ??

Our consultant Véronique recently gave a workshop on the importance of job offers to members of Traxio , the federation for the automotive and related sectors. ??

Who's Lana?

Born in Halle (Flemish Brabant), raised in East Flanders with a West Flemish family, and moved to Antwerp as an adult, I can say that I can ground myself in all corners of Flemish Belgium! I am an energetic people person and am sometimes called a real ‘spring in ‘t veld’ by my friends. ??

Her experience in recruitment

I started my career with a thorough sales and recruitment training with a competitor. After moving to Antwerp, I started as a recruitment consultant for an interim player, where I had the opportunity to work differently or beyond the typical fast-moving interim approach. Thanks to the confidence of my manager, as a junior I was soon able to focus on higher serviced profiles, which gave me the space to work qualitatively and eventually act as a partner on recruitment policy and strategy.
