1. Make a To-Do List

Be careful while making your to-do list. The productive way of making your to-do list is to create it short and precise. Don’t stuff it with many tasks that feel you tired even when you read it. Make a to-do list creates your day is productive or not.

Make sure to add some task to the list which is important to you and make your day productive. Making a huge list feels you tired and when you don’t do all the tasks someday you feel demotivated and sad. So, make your to-do list simple, and easy, and write the tasks that matter.

2. Set Small Goals

You shouldn’t create a huge barrier in front of you that prevents you from achieving your goals. Ensure that you set small, easily achievable goals for yourself.

When you achieve something, you feel instantly motivated and delighted. Small goals keep you motivated to achieve bigger goals in life. You feel like you can achieve anything in your life if you want to.

3. Multitasking Should be Stopped

Keep your mind focused on one thing at a time. Multi-tasking can disrupt your brain functioning. Multi-tasking can divert your brain to focus on the main thing that is important to you. Do one task at a time then your mind can focus properly and give full attention to it.

4. Figure Out Your Peak Hours

Figure out your peak time to do work. Some people can work with full attention in the morning and some do at midnight. Determine your peak hours and times and work accordingly. There are people who are morning people and there are people who are night owls.

5. Take a Break

Taking a break while doing your work is extremely important for your health and also for your work. After taking a break, your mind feels fresh and more active than before. It makes your mind sharper and more energetic and you can do your task more efficiently. So, taking breaks even for five minutes makes your workflow better.

6. Walk Daily

You can also do a walk or some type of exercise, yoga, or stretching while you sitting on the chair of your office. You can move your body and do some stretches to relax your body and then you are ready to go for extra work.

It kicks you to do extra work with a sharp mind. Walking and exercising for some time between your work makes you healthy and make your body active and your brain sharp. It affects your work. So, create a schedule for walking after some time.

7. Focus on Important Tasks First

Start your day by doing your most important task first. Because that task can build your day. Always do your important task first because it gives you a sense of achievement that you can make your day.

If you do another unimportant task first and there is a chance that you don’t have enough time at the end of the day for your important task that matters a lot.

8. Clean and Organize Your Workspace

Cleaning your workspace is essential. The place where you can do your work must be clean and organized. Because if you clean and organize your workspace, your mind feels relaxed and you can also want to do more work and feel?motivated.

Always remember that done is better than perfect. Do the work that matters, perfectionism is not as important as your work done. So, Stop being the perfectionist.

13. Two-Minute Rule

Follow the two-minute rule. It’s a rule that you choose a task that can be done in two minutes or less. Do it instantly. That’s how you can do a lot of tasks that take less time and that’s how your to-do list can be done easily and more quickly. It gives you a sense of satisfaction and the urge to do more work.
