The 13th Amendment Repealed in 1999

In Thurman Brown v New York, 528 U.S. 860 (1999), decision on a void criminal process, the United States Supreme Court quietly repealed the 13th Amendment through the judiciary which held in place the “duly convicted”  requirement before a person can be subjected to slavery within jurisdictions of United States. Thurman Brown, an African American and offspring of America’s slaves Africans. was exonerated of all criminal actions pursuant to N.Y.C.P.L. § 160.50, on October 7, 1996, but he was never released from detainee status or restored, in contemplation of law, to status prior to arrest and prosecution, pursuant to N.Y.C.P.L. § 160.60. The State judiciary reprocessed annulled indictment number 96496 with the full force of law that lacked subject-matter and personal jurisdiction over Thurman Brown, which means that Thurman Brown has no citizenship rights and although Congress is the only branch of government that can enforce 13th Amendment through appropriate legislation, The U.S. Supreme Court usurped that power in 1999.

History repeats itself.

Thank you for sharing, opening up our eyes on these matters, we are reading attentively, hearing you. We hear from you. Have you written to your community leaders, Senate, Congresswoman about this matter? Your congresswoman can review your case and see fit to advise, support, and refer you accordingly. You also have to really be active in your community is a positive way, you can start projects that educate people about prison, dont do drugs, visit juvenile prisons, there are all over the country. You are halfway there to your freedom. Also get all these free African Citizenships that are given to all American citizens, Gambia, South Africa is giving away a lot right now, you can at least feel your worth back home in Africa while waiting for the solution or change in-laws. This is painful because of its been for many years. When you have these meetings try to be very calm and professional at all times. This can make you so angry that your anger can be destructive. Channel your anger accordingly so it can be a lesson for everyone against and for you.
