13 is an unlucky number : iPhone 13
There are certain numbers that are unlucky in cultures around the world. For Apple it surely is going to be '13'.
Apple Event, one of the most awaited events for all Apple enthusiasts and naysayers alike took place on Sept 14. With all media platforms giving signs to save the date and time as remainder.
The new iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Air Pods were the line up we were all expecting to see. Something that is new and exciting for us.
The event turned out to be 'drab'. There was no mention about Air Pods. Apple Watch has thinner bezel. iPad is faster than its previous versions and supports a Type C converter. Everything is faster and smoother but iPhone 13 is still the same apart from the refresh rates and the camera quality.
As I mentioned in my previous post 'visual capabilities' has been the major selling point of all major electronic companies in the last few years. True to that, iPhone 13's major updates have been around this and their advertisements showcased the phone as an instrument for movie-making by acclaimed Hollywood directors, short film makers and other visual medium content creators.
This shows the path Apple is planning to take in showcasing iPhone as the phone for the masses who are content creators. Not the ones that take selfies or family get together, but the ones which have a team behind the screen and art in front of them.
13. Thirteen....Unlucky in some cultures might be the one in which the flagship product of Apple might start to wane if there are no breakthrough elements in the coming future of the product.
