2. Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins visits China every 90 days, where a nationalistic tone from the Chinese government has hampered sales.
3. Microsoft launches Windows 10 on Wednesday, July 29.
4. Windows accounts for 10% of Microsoft's stock value. $MSFT
5. Sales of boxed software are typically booked up front while cloud sales are booked a few at a time.
6. Microsoft is best known for execution and not innovation. It was late to a graphic-based OS, word-processing, and browsers; yet it came to dominate all three.
