Day one began with pitching to many after a last-minute format change. I stepped on stage, I cried, and I found comfort in my new tribe of Techstars founders.?

During 'Mentor Magic' (formerly Mentor Madness), I pitched to 62 mentors in 15-minute intervals. Each conversation shaped and refined our vision.

Knowing the importance of team strength, I had already advertised for interns two days into the program. By week 5, we had four interns and a village of supporters helping with content marketing, branding, and PR.
