What am I working on? ??
This week is all about recording ??—and yes, my skill of talking to a camera is about to be tested! Alongside that, I’m focusing intensely on one critical thing:
Integrity. ??
Nearly every performance breakdown I see with clients or within my organization links back to a breakdown in integrity. Viewing integrity through the lens presented by Erhard, Jensen, and Saffron’s paper (highly recommended: [read here](https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=920625)) has led to a 200% increase in my own organizational performance and stronger, more aligned relationships. I encourage you to check it out if you’re interested in making your life work.
(The course I’m working on is inspired by this model and will be released in our free Skool community—join us here: [Skool Community](https://www.skool.com/the-art-of-living-skool/about))
Now, let's dive into our ideas for the week! ??
Ideas from Me:
1. “Without integrity, nothing works.” ??
2. “Having high standards is great. Using those standards to diminish yourself doesn’t work.” ??
3. “What’s holding you back is your fear of looking bad in the eyes of people you haven’t spoken to in years.” ??
Ideas from Others:
“Stretching your mind is hard. Once we've settled on a worldview that suits us, we tend to hold it. New information is bent to fit, information that doesn’t fit is discounted, and new views are resisted.”
– Werner Erhard
Question to Ponder:
What would honor my word do for myself, my organization, and my relationships? ??
