Well I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be running a 12 week online small group training program.

Now I’m only going to be working with a small group of women over the 12 weeks, so make sure you apply now.

I’ll be accepting 30 applications. I’ll then be calling each of you to see who will be the best fit for the group because I really want to train people who are 100% committed! After I've spoken to everyone I’ll be selecting 12 to join the program.

Over the 12 weeks I’ll be teaching you all the tips and tricks that I use to keep me lean all year round.

Not only do I want to help you lose weight but I want to show you how to sustain it by including real food which the whole family will enjoy and all for the price of a coffee per day.
