Even the World Health Organization (WHO) has now declared a sleep loss epidemic throughout industrialized nations. Ten million prescriptions for sleep medication are given out annually by the NHS. Eighty billion is the cost of lack of sleep to the UK economy.

How can you navigate through the day, learn, memorize, and make logical decisions and choices if you haven’t slept well?
In a safe group of max. 12 women we will engage interactively to improve the quality and duration of your repose. This is especially beneficial if you cannot fall asleep, have insomnia, sleep lightly or have any difficulty sleeping properly.?
You will also become aware of your breathing patterns and receive clear instructions on how to relax and rejuvenate with guided meditations at the end of each class.
