Robert Frost once said, “The brain is a wonderful organ; it starts working the moment you get up in the morning and does not stop until you get into the office.” Sure enough, he was not referring to leaders who were never out of energy to turn things around like Type A Personality.

  1. They ONLY believe in winning anything lesser than that is a waste of time.
  2. They have a strong inclination to lead structured and directional life.
  3. They lament the losses and get easily stressed about the lack of progress.
  4. They avoid downtime and end up overstretching by force-fitting big tasks into small time slots.
  5. They cut the fillers always ready for actions at times insensitive and self-centric.
  6. They are too good to wait, hate to waste time, and want to be productive.
  7. They need to be always right no shades of grey never settle for mediocrity.
  8. They want to be super productive and they value their day by how much they accomplish hence multitask.
  9. They believe relaxation is not a worthy goal instead they want to fast-forward everything.
  10. They attempt to finish everything yesterday, want to pack a mountain in a box, and suffer from misplaced priorities.
  11. They take pride in scheduling and ticking all the tasks. There is no scope of maybe, later, or whenever phrases.
  12. They have excess energy if not used is seen in fidgeting or nail biting. This is normal for them.
