Reflect upon what you're doing in life. Take time to journal and learn more about yourself. We spend so much time seeing what others are doing, but do we take the time to analyze and reflect? Today, we're challenged by Jon Barth to do just that.

Jon is author of the 1% Journal: 366 Challenges for Your Journey to Success. I think these twelve principles are a fascinating way to reflect. While not entirely parallel with each other, I think we do get the gist:
