7 年Wheeled trolleys are my bug bear. Not the big ones that's fair enough, too heavy to carry. But those the size of a small handbag with an eight foot handle ........ PICK THEM UP!!
This list also missed those people who look at their mobiles while walking around the Underground train system, and on pavements. This makes them walk much slower than normal, impacting everyone walking at normal speed.
