Since May of 2020, he has done multiple subto, seller finance and hybrid deals along with fix and flips, wholesale deals and multi family investments.

Over the past four years she has grown a small wholesale operation into a successful real estate investing business. April primarily focuses on marketing and acquiring properties, while her husband, Mark, manages the construction side of the business for their fix and flips. Business aside, she comes home every day to 4 small children 8, 6, 4 and 3 months and will always say her first job, her hardest job, and her favorite job is being a mom.
