DAY 1 of #AMAZON First up we have a Controls Design Engineer role based in Dublin where as part of the CD Team , you will provide Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) design coordination globally. Reporting to Carl Farrell, you, as part of the CD Team will collaborate through design review, drives consistent standards, and collects feedback data to arrive at unified documented solutions. Due to the efforts of maintaining, updating, and distributing BMS/EPMS standards, you will drive significant reductions in change order expense, scope gaps between contractors, construction schedule delays, single-sourced vendor pricing, and reduced vendor project management and engineering labor costs.

DAY 2 of #AMAZON Ehsaan Farsimadan, CEng PhD is seeking a Colocation Engineer with a Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering background in mission critical facilities design, field, or operational engineering experience to become part of his global team that is responsible for performing availability and performance audits of our Colocation data centers. As a Colocation Engineer within the EMEA Colocation Audit/Optimisation Team, you will be responsible for conducting Audits throughout the regions Colocation facilities, identifying risks, articulating the risks to local AWS Operations teams, and playing an active role in mitigations and remediation of the risk with the Colocation providers. #Learnandbecurious

DAY 3 of #AMAZON The Data Center Global Services (DCGS) team reporting to Youn Hur is looking for a passionate, results-oriented, inventive Data Center Engineer to drive development, implementation and delivery of enterprise data centers through the use of collocation facilities which meet strict quality and performance levels across the globe. You will assist in data center site planning, development and delivery of data center environments globally, which maintain the highest performance standards and utilize innovation to reduce budgets and increase efficiency. Other responsibilites include troubleshooting, operation and preventative maintenance of mission-critical facilities and associated MEP components. DAY 4 of #AMAZON David Armstrong is seeking an Electrical Field Engineer in #Spain to become part of his global engineering team responsible for existing site project design and continuous innovation of our rapidly expanding fleet. As one of our Field Engineers, you will work directly with our Construction, Operations, and Commissioning teams at the data centers and partner directly with our Design Engineering group who own new-builds. DAY 7 of #AMAZON For our #AWS data centers in Spain, Gonzalo de la Pedraja is looking for Data Centre Security Managers (DSM) to manage our day by day security guarding operation and the Security Control Room.While on duty, the DSM is responsible for the execution of the Security Program in the Data Centre cluster. The DSM provides on-site direction and guidance to the contract security officers via their chain of command to ensure proper execution and enforcement of security policies and procedures set forth by AWS. Also the DSM assists in investigations upon request and under the direct leadership of the Cluster Security Manager.. This role can be based in any of our EMEA entitles. In this role, you will be creating and coordinating complex electrical models whilst linking those models with all other disciplines in a single model environment so as to fully build our Data Centre projects digitally before breaking ground on site. You will be Red-lining and/or modifying new and existing plan set documentation regarding Electrical systems.
