7 Tandem steel wire anti-loosening

Tandem wire anti-loosening is to penetrate the steel #wire into the hole of the bolt head and connects the bolts in series to play the role of mutual restraint. This relaxation method is very reliable but more cumbersome to disassemble.

Single-stranded steel wires are generally used in small screw groups that are closely spaced or in places that are not easy to reach, as shown in the figure.

8.Stop gasket

9.Spring washers

10. Hot melt fastening technology

This hot #melting fastening technology is a cold-forming process in which the high-speed rotation of motor. It is transmitted to the sheet to be connected through the tightening shaft in the center of the equipment. After the plastic deformation is generated by frictional heat, it taps and screws.

The hot melt fastening process consists of six stages: rotation (heating) → penetration→ through holes→ tapping threads→ screwing threads → fastening.

11. Color change bolts

Bright color-changing bolt, to be precise, is an induction bolt called a Smart bolt, the bolt head of the induction bolt has an induction disk. The tighter it is tightened, the darker its color.

When the strength reaches 90%, it changes from yellow to green; after getting 100%, it is black.

12.Preload

High-strength bolted connections generally do not require additional anti-loosening .measures because high-strength bolts typically require the application of a relatively large preload, such large preload so that the nut and the corresponding parts from generating intense pressure. This pressure will produce frictional torque that prevents the nut from rotating, so the nut will not loosen.
