- Lala’s Brooklyn Apizza -
I recently tried out Lala's Brooklyn Apizza, located on the rooftop of Grimm brewery in East Williamsburg. It's a unique spot that serves thin, oval-shaped pizzas inspired by New Haven, Connecticut's famous pizzerias. I was blown away by their creative toppings, like the clam pizza with butter and parsley, and the unexpected combination of mashed potatoes, honey, and egg yolk on a pizza. They have limited hours (open for dinner on Thursday to Saturday and for lunch on Sunday), but it's absolutely worth planning a visit around. If you're a pizza enthusiast looking for a fresh take on classic pies, Lala's is a must-try spot in East Williamsburg. Don't miss it!
