11 Hard Truths from 2024—and How They’ll Define My 2025

2024 was a game-changing year, filled with wins, challenges, and aha moments. These 11 lessons are the roadmap for my next level of success.

As the year wraps up, I’m reflecting on the hard truths I’ve learned—and how they’ve reshaped my approach to business and life. Some lessons call for doubling down, others need refinement, and a few demand a clean break. Here’s a look at what I’ve uncovered and how I’m using these insights to fuel growth in 2025.

What I’m Doubling Down On in 2025

These strategies proved their worth in 2024, and they’re worth doing more of next year:

1. Improving My Messaging Clear messaging isn’t optional—it’s everything. This year showed me the power of speaking directly to my ideal audience, and I’m committed to refining this even further. (Look for something new coming January 12th to better serve you!)
2. Fine-Tuning My Teachings into Easier-to-Implement Frameworks Simplified frameworks lead to better results for my clients. In 2025, I’ll make my processes even more actionable and straightforward. (Just like this 3D Evaluation Framework I used to write this article!)
3. More 1-1 Coaching The breakthroughs I’ve seen through personalized coaching for my clients have been transformational. Next year, I’ll lean into this more to deliver even greater value.
4. Speaking Engagements Speaking allows me to connect with larger audiences and amplify my message. I plan to actively seek out more opportunities to share my expertise on stage.
5. Deepening Relationships in Networking Groups Business is built on relationships. I’m doubling down on fostering genuine connections within my networks to grow personally and professionally.

What I’m Further Developing in 2025

Some areas need refinement to maximize their potential:

1. Learning More About LinkedIn LinkedIn has untapped potential for me. I’m dedicating time to better understand how to use it to connect with the right people and grow my brand. (Look for something new coming January 12th to better serve you!)
2. Using Stories More Consistently Stories are powerful. In 2025, I’ll share more of the real, raw moments behind my journey to inspire and connect with my audience.
3. Getting My Facebook Ads Converting Consistently Ads are a science, and 2024 taught me I haven’t cracked the code yet. Next year, I’ll refine my strategy to ensure a stronger ROI.
4. Crunching Deeper Metrics Data doesn’t lie. Diving deeper into metrics will help me make more informed decisions and scale smarter.
5. Offering a Quiz to Help Women Identify Burnout Burnout is a massive issue for women entrepreneurs, and I want to create tools that offer clarity and solutions. A quiz is a step toward helping them identify their challenges and take action.

What I’m Ditching in 2025

Letting go can be hard, but sometimes it’s necessary for growth:

1. In-Person Mastermind Events While I love connecting with people face-to-face, hosting these events doesn’t align with my priorities or the scalability I need for 2025.
