10x Tech Club - Teaser
Hello, LinkedIn community!
In the first quarter of the 21st century, we are witnessing phenomenal technological advancement. This makes us question the future of the workplace, jobs, and lifestyle.
1] Will next-gen youngsters compromise with dictatorial work environments?
2] Can current education meet future skill needs?
3] Will employees sacrifice energy in mindless commutes?
If we think at a fundamental level, the origin of these aspects appears in the way we nurture today's students.
We've created a competitive environment for students. We want them to mug up the content, give exams, proceed, compete through exams, graduate, get a job, and work till old age.
This is not how things will be in the future.
Instead, we will have a collaborative educational setup, students will do projects on things they like doing, and will pursue careers of their interest. Although there is a long way for the whole system to see this, the transformation has already started.
Why this is happening?
Earlier, schools and homes used to play a key role in building a kid's mindset. Today, we also have the internet.
Earlier, money was a scarce resource. Earning money was the only goal. Now, people have started looking holistically at life.
The educational environment of the future will be a mix of competitive and collaborative. ?
Today, youngsters are free to choose what they want to become. They also have more career options.
But, how to figure out what is a suitable career choice?
For that, an individual needs to explore multiple career possibilities. However, exploration takes time. One cannot just get a degree and then say, "okay, now I will figure out what I like."
Time is scarce.
And that's where we are intervening.
?What if youngsters start this career exploration earlier? What if youngsters build a growth mindset? What if youngsters know how to approach a career of choice and a fantastic life? ??
Future opportunities?will appear at the intersection of technology and science. The future skills thus demand someone who will match the technological trends and is also aware of the environmental aspects.
So the question is -Will traditional education be enough?
Howsoever harsh it may sound, traditional institutes cannot make that possible. Because they have to take a generalist approach.
With the rising global competitiveness, youngsters need to have holistic exposure.?
Schooling and a degree are not enough.
We need something that can help achieve these extra-curricular needs of the kids so that they grow 10x like technology

We need an integrated environment where kids playfully experiment with STEM, mindset, entrepreneurship, and design thinking. - A place where youngsters feel included, where they are heard.
That's why we are unraveling 10x Tech Club.
We believe that the future belongs to students who take a multidisciplinary approach.
We are doing what schools cannot do.
We nurture youngsters to develop a broad understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends so that youngsters can apply appropriate solutions to real-world problems - We want them to take responsibility early.
?
Why?
?
Building such skills takes time. It was okay for someone to start a business at 60 in history, now with the availability of resources and tools, why delay? That's why we are introducing 21st-century skills to school students?- the earlier the better.
?
What do we do?
We are on a mission to help and encourage young minds to prepare to face the ever-challenging future, develop foundational skills, and adopt a growth mindset.
We are confident that our innovative approach will bring value to students. What's our approach? What is the value we're giving? Stay tuned to know more!
