have you ever started a fitness journey and stopped because you never got anywhere. here is the problem. you started your journey with no direction and no goal in mind. yes, you prob said you wanted to lose weight. maybe you said I want to build muscle too. but the problem is you never had any real goal and therefore never had any real direction in mind.
this is how you fix that. let's say you wanted to lose weight say to yourself I want to lose 10 pounds in 1.5 months from now. and then do the ultimate part I want you to "10x" this. I got this concept from Grant Cardone where he discusses how you must take your goals and not just think of them as goals that you may make it there or not but more along the lines that it must become your obligation as well as your duty to actually achieve it. and only by you taking this lesson and saying it is my duty and obligation to accomplish goals and you must take action (massive that is) to actually finish the goal. so go and make that leap make a goal for yourself and make sure to finish it.
