Will Taylor SGFA RBA,. Will’s prints have a traditional feel; they are copper plate etchings using only line and cross-hatch in monotone to create a range of tones. His topographical themes are inspired by the south coast and travels around the world. Printmaking is the culmination of various working methods which include drawing and painting.
Celia Allen NDD,- makes mainly animal sculptures using various clays and glazes. Her firing methods are either oxidised stoneware or Raku. Raku gives crazing effects to glazed areas, smokey black surfaces to unglazed areas and metallic flashes where oxide mixes have been applied.
Nick Hebditch, Nick has a passion for painting rural and urban landscapes which has led him to paint on the Continent, London and UK. He enjoys the possibilities of mark making, surface textures and abstract qualities encountered through the act of painting.
Gavin Roweth is a sculptor and owner of Wing Gallery, Wadhurst. His work is guided more by the material he uses, principally Portland Limestone. Carving directly into stone, creating simple or complex abstract forms. He looks to create harmony between the stone and the sculptor using chisel and file
Hildegard Pax - The inspiration of hildegard’s work stems from the observation of light in nature.
