10K reports, simple personalisation, and fatherhood
Introduction
This weeks newsletter is here on a very special day. It's the day the Netherlands could make it into the Euro Cup finals. But don't let that distract you from all this lovely content.
Enjoy!

Analyzing 10K reports
This is how you can use Clay to analyse companies 10K reports, summarise the important sections, and tie that into your product or service.
The other day I read a great post by ???Dorothy Huynh that mentioned something similar, had Peter Wass ask me about something like this, and we signed a client that wanted a similar workflow.
I recognise a sign from the universe when I see one -- I needed to make a tutorial for this.. ??
So here's what we're doing:
- Use Serper to grab 10K reports at scale
- Use Claygent to summarise the sections that are important to us
- Use AI to tie that summary into our product or service
- Use another AI step to turn that into a '{{first_line}}' type output
Plenty of use cases for this, hope it helps someone!
Simple but effective personalization
Here's a crazy simple but equally effective way to make your cold emails feel more personalised.
I tried this out years ago when Clay didn't exist yet and you'd have to spend ages in Google sheets to personalise, clean, and enrich your lists. Good times.
This one however you could pull off with a pretty simple formula in sheets and I was surprised at how effective this method was.
Other content
I'm getting a lot of requests for 1:1 training or coaching, which is not something I'm currently doing. I am however thinking about opening up cohorts for group based learning.
Here's what that would more or less look like:

Off-topic
Summer is here, which means a lot of small trips and even more time spent with my daughter. While sometimes that can be a bit stressful because work never stops, as I mentioned last week I'm very grateful that I'm able to spend so much time together with her.
Last weekend we took a weekend trip to a small village not too far from here and we got to spend some time on the beach, watching football together, and exploring small local villages (and eating far too much).
Good times!
