€10k months - Possible For Everyone or a Farce?

Are €10k months a realistic goal for you in your first 1-2 years of business, or is it just a pipe dream? It's a question that often weighs heavily on the minds of those who are in the early stages of building their coaching business. With so many people in the online space banging on about financial freedom, business being easy and success, along with the challenges of starting from scratch, many coaches find themselves grappling with this dilemma and get caught up in the hype of what they see online.

The truth is, achieving €10k months as a coach is entirely possible, BUT it requires dedication, persistent even when it feels like it's not working, strategies that focus on both short term cash injections and long term sales, and your willingness to adapt so that you can stay focused on your goal and NOT the feelings that come up for you along the way.

Please don't be fooled, you are 100% going to have many moments of self doubt, have insecurities pop up and stumble multiple times. All of this is NORMAL and a huge part of the journey to celebrate 10k months.

If you are committed to hitting this goal, there are some KEY factors that you must make a non negotiable to see success (and a free training for you):

  1. Commitment: This is the FIRST place that most people stumble and jump from one thing to the next if it feels like things are not working. It's super important that you remain committed to your goal no matter what feelings are coming up for you. If you change what you are doing based on what you are feeling, you will struggle with building the momentum you want.
  2. Be Clear on Your Ideal Client: One of the biggest hurdles for coaches is often being specific on who their ideal client is. Identifying a specific area of expertise and a specific target audience is necessary for attracting clients who are willing to invest in your services. Take the time to narrow down your focus and understand a) what is the one problem they have? b) what is the specific outcome they want (NOT NEED)? c) what are they trying to avoid happening?
  3. Use Short and Long Term Strategies: It's all too easy for early entrepreneurs to focus on making money and signing clients in the next week/4 weeks rather than using both long and short them strategies. Focusing only on the short term creates panic in where your next client will come from and feeds your self doubt. Using long term strategies like setting up lead generation for 3-6 months time as well as now, gives you peace of mind that prospect clients will be coming in on a regular basis BECAUSE you planned for it. I've a FREE mini course on how to create your audience of IDEAL CLIENTS in 30 days. You can access here >> https://bit.ly/30-Day-Build-Your-Audience
  4. Connection: No matter what stage of business you are at, connection will ALWAYS be the factor that brings in more sales. Commit to connecting with at least 5 prospect clients every single day, as well as follow up with leads so that you are set up for more sales to happen.
  5. Track Your Progress: Nope I'm not just talking about your sales and expenses. I'm also talking about your prospect clients, the conversion rate from prospect clients to actual clients and the timeframe. This will hugely support you with the decisions you make in your business.
  6. Invest in Yourself: As a coach, your personal and professional development is paramount to your success. Funnily enough though, coaches find it the hardest to invest in their business even though you can't know what you don't know so getting support makes sense. Invest in ongoing education, training, and mentorship to upskill yourself on marketing, sales, lead generation, expand your knowledge, and stay ahead of the curve in your industry. The online space changes A LOT so it's important to keep up to date.
  7. Persistence and Patience: Building a successful coaching business takes time and effort. You have got to stay focused, resilient, and patient, especially during the early stages when results may be slow to come to life. In the first 8 months of my business I made a total of €2000 but I stayed committed. Keep pushing forward, learn from your stumbles, and make sure you celebrate every single win along the way.

Achieving €10k months as a coach may seem daunting but it is possible. Get the foundations in above and it will support you in being able to celebrate €3k then €5k, then €7k come along and eventually €10k months.

So, are €10k months possible for everyone? With dedication and determination, the right guidance and effort and being coachable, the answer is yes.

But whether or not you will is up to you!

(Truth be told..... I was not coachable in the first 8 months of my business. I didn't follow anything my coaches told me. Insisted on only doing the parts I like and my results showed for it. Things didn't change for me until I changed how I was willing to show up and what I was willing to do)

It's important to remember that success looks different for everyone, and what works for one coach may not work for another - focus on your own journey and goals.
