10k each day

As we approach the end of 2015 planning for 2016 is done.  Many clients will be calling us with the challenges they face and type of people they need in each market.  Majority of these bank want the same profile and the battle begins.

What is still not being discussed enough is how many leaders will be retiring this year or next.  10k baby boomers are retiring daily and will for the next 20 years according to statistics. 

This creates voids and succession planning is a must for Banks.  It also impacts the clients they serve.  How many CFO's, CPA's, and Attorneys will be retiring? 

The banks that will outperform and grow will be the ones that have preplanned for these days.  Fortunately many of our clients want to know about potential leadership candidates even when there is not an opening.  This can only happen when there is a partnership relationship not a vendor.

If you are a professional looking to grow your career now is a great time to speak with us so that you are moving your career ahead faster.  We will know ahead of time when retirements are happening and confidential searches come up.

I believe in 2016 you will need to have caution on which banks you join and what is their long term strategy.  More banks will be looking to be acquired as their boards and presidents also reach the end of their careers.

Growth and Change are recruiters best friends and 2016 should have plenty.
