108 AGENCY triple strike with PKZ Logistics

108 AGENCY managed to mediate the expansion and relocate the logistics company PKZ Logistics to three new halls in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, all within six months.

Demand for industrial and logistics facilities in the Central European region has grown significantly in recent years. Manufacturers and investors try to get their products as close as possible to the final consumer. The importance of local production, as well as logistics, is reflected in the increased interest in industrial parks. PKZ Logistics also belongs to one of the fastest-growing logistics companies, that 108 AGENCY assisted during the last six months in finding two new halls in Brno and Bor near Tachov in the Czech Republic and in a successful relocation in Ko?ice, Slovakia.

The Slovak 108 AGENCY team led by Jakub Velko and the Czech team led by Martin Musil joined forces to find the most suitable alternatives for the client. In the case of Bor near Tachov, they decided for premises with an area of 2,177 sq m in CTPark. “The client appreciated our overview of the offers in the given area and their qualified assessment, as well as our personal presence at viewings and negotiations. The successful transaction is proof of the synergy of the international branches of 108 AGENCY,” adds Martin Musil from the industrial and logistics leasing department of the Prague branch of 108 AGENCY.

In Brno, PKZ Logistics chose Prologis Park in Syrovice based on the most favorable conditions negotiated by Al?běta Pastrnková from the Brno branch of 108 AGENCY. Decisive in this case was the proximity of the D52 highway and the option of tailor-made premises. The leased area of 5,808 sq m is in the recently completed DC3 building. The tenant also acquired 352 sq m of office space at a time that matched his ideas.

PKZ Logistics in the warehouse area above 3,000 sq m, with the possibility of further expansion, is ready to provide the clients with high standard service.
