The Titanic was the words largest passenger ship at 269 metres and was the largest man made moving object on earth.
On the 10th April 1912 the floating 'Wonder Ship' as it was known, set off from Southampton for New York.
The ship's builders, Harland & Wolff said it to be "unsinkable".
This Saturday just gone, was the 106th anniversary of Titanic hitting an iceberg 370 miles off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada.
I'm sure you've already seen the movie, so I won't be ruining the ending for you by saying it sank to a depth of nearly 2.5 miles below the Atlantic and 1503 people died.
So as for the ship's builder claim of being unsinkable, we obviously now know that isn't the case.
So how did the worlds largest passenger ship get taken down?
Quite simply someone didn't see an obstacle, that obstacle was in the form of an iceberg.
In life and business we often think we know best, many times we do.
Harland & Wolff also thought they knew best too....
Sometimes there are things that we don't see, things that are in our blindspots.
Often we'll just miss them by chance.
But do you really want to just leave it to chance?
My role as a Mindset Strategist isn't just about getting people to take more action but to get people to see things in different perspectives.
By doing so it enables them to identify their own icebergs before it's too late and empowers them to navigate a route that sees them get to their destination.
So this week have a think, what do you need to do to ensure you don't hit any icebergs?
Have an amazing day, make it happen ??????
