101 Marietta Street/Centennial Tower

One of my favorite projects, the plant was a mess when we acquired the management of the property in 2000, the engineering staff did the renovation of the mechanical plant including the painting and installation of the tile floor, without a doubt one of the best teams I have ever had the pleasure of being on, Carol Bell, Chuck Francis, Nancy Krocza, and Ondria Jett.
