7. Put young narcissists with no respect for their elders in positions of power

8. Make it clear to top performers that you like to diminish their influence over their peers, so that you can remain in control.

9. Nepotism - put people who are less qualified over people who are more qualified

10. Reward managers who tow the company line, even when it needs improvement
