100G QSFP28 ZR4 optical transceiver module

QSFP-100G-ZR4 optical transceiver module is designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet links up to 80km over single-mode fiber 9/125um with duplex LC connector. This module is base on 4 channel LSN-WDM, contains 4-lane optical transmitter, 4-lane optical receiver and module management block including 2 wire serial interface. Each channel rate is 25.78Gbps, Tx use EML TOSA, receiver side adopt SOA+PIN+ROSA+PCBA design,?Tx power from 2dBm to 6.5dBm, Rx sensitivity≤ -29dBm. This transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 and IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-4 standard. This module can support FEC (Forward Error Correction) function which will help receiving side detect and correct bit errors and improve the overall quality of the link. Digital diagnostics functions are also available via the I2C interface, to allow access to real-time operating parameters. It is suitable to be used in various applications, such as 100G Ethernet, 112G OTN OTU4, telecom, access network and data center interconnections. Block diagram show as below:
