RT1000 series Plastic PE LDPE LLDPE HDPE film/PP woven bags recycling washing machine is designed for washing the waste plastics to get clean PP PE flakes. Final flakes can be used for pelletizing machine to make new pellets. Whole plastic washing line including belt conveyer, crusher, friction washer,high speed friction wahser, floating tank, dewatering machine, storage hopper, electric panel.

1.PE film crusher:

crushing the LDPE PE film/PP woven bags/shopping bags into small flakes. The sizes of final flakes can be customized. Blade shaft use heat treatment and Dynamic treatment.

2.Plastic floating washing tank:

Floating tank can wash the film fully, rotor will make the flakes wash in the water and push them go to the end.We design the four shaft washing tank, not only floating washing, but also friction washing in the tank.

3.High speed friction washer:

Some dirtires glue to the plastic film/bag surface,the high friction washing machine will remove it by strong friction force.

according the dirty degree, we cna design the washing processes.

4. Dewatering machine:

Final aim is get clean and dry plastic flakes, so we have to consider the dehydrator, it can remove the water from the flakes by strong centrifugal force.Then material will goes to drying system. End of line, the final flakes moisture less than 5%

5.Electric panel

Electric carbinet is controlling whole plastic recycling line's running.Also we can use PLC controlling system if client customized.
