$1,000,000 in revenue growth in 2020 for a brick and mortar clinic

Last week I got to travel to Portland Or and meet up with a client I've been working with for the past year.

This is Nature Cures clinic, founded by Dr. Greg Eckel.

Greg and I started working together in late 2019 with the goal of helping him expand his reach beyond the Portland area to the whole world. He's one of the leading naturopathic doctors in the US in neurodegenerative disease. He has one of the most beautiful stories and impressive skillsets I've ever seen in the health space.

Greg was planning the Parkinson's Solution Summit and needed a killer presentation to get attendees from a free summit to be open to visiting him at his clinic in Portland and investing over 20K in his services.

The solution? Good stories that focus on changing people's beliefs.

So many people with Parkinson's have been told by their doctors "you're getting worse, here's more medication. come back and see me in a few months when you're worse and I'll tell you the same thing".

Nobody's going to fly to Portland with thoughts like that in their head. But this is what Greg has been contending with forever. He used to get calls all the time from potential clients who were questing the price and the value of his service at every opportunity.

We crafted a presentation to target this problem and to empower his audience with questions to ask their neurologist to determine if they are aware of all of the options for therapies and treatments out there. He's giving people hope.

Nowadays he's getting so many calls and so much interest that the tables have turned, instead of trying to prove his worth to his clients, they need to qualify themselves to him to be worthy of his service.

Where he was once limited to his city to get patients, he now has people flying from all over the world (New Jersey to New Zealand) to visit his clinic and be tread by him.

We also crafted a program that allows him to serve clients virtually, so people who aren't able to travel can still experience his brilliance. Which has lead to a new stream of virtual revenue for his business.

All of these have lead up to an extra $1,000,000 in revenue over the last year. It means an easier sales process for his team. It's meant reaching clients he's never been able to before.

It's the difference between the hundreds of clinics like his that have shut down this year, and Nature Cures, which continues to thrive and provide a fulfilling lifestyle for Greg, who's stepping out of his role as practitioner and more into a thought leader. It means thousands more people getting the help that they've been looking for, but have yet to find.

I'm proud of the impact I'm making in this world.
