$1000 a Day Business Blueprint

We have hundreds of new people joining this Group, so I thought it would be a good idea to hand you the blueprint we use to help our clients scale to $1,000 a day (or $30,000 a month).

The fastest way to hit $1,000 per day is to launch a high-ticket group coaching workshop. So let's break down what that is.

This is a coaching program that's designed to solve a specific problem. Saving your marriage. Dropping 30 pounds. Getting washboard abs. Overcoming things like auto-immune, perhaps. Optimizing your health. Getting your finances together.

Any major life or business challenge that you can solve is fair game, so the first step is to pick one. This is the outcome you're going to help your clients achieve. And that outcome is what they pay you for.

That last point is critically important. People don't pay you for your time. They don't pay you for your expertise. They pay you to achieve a certain OUTCOME. And your workshop is going to help them do that.

A high-ticket workshop should last 8-12 weeks, and it should have 4 pieces.

First, there needs to be training modules that walk them step-by-step to the outcome. So think of it like a timeline. Right now, your audience is at Point A, where they have this terrible problem. You're going to work with them for 8-12 weeks and get them to Point B, where the problem is basically solved. At least, they should have made some huge progress.

Ask yourself: what are the milestones on the journey from Point A to Point B? So let's say you have a nutrition offer. Maybe step one is to get them drinking more water. Then step two is to optimize their kitchen and environment to get them eating better. Then you start them on a simple diet plan, and get them walking every day. Then in step 4 you add in some weight training. Whatever.

The way you structure your program is that every week of the 8 weeks takes them one step closer to the outcome. So if the first milestone is to get them drinking more water, that's week one. Then optimizing their kitchen is week two. And so on.

Now, obviously that's not enough to get people results. They also need support and accountability. So I recommend adding in one group Q&A call per week, on Zoom, with all your clients, so they can ask questions.

You should also have a Help Desk of some kind, or an email address where people can send you questions during the week. And you should also have some kind of community forum, like a Facebook Group, where your clients can hang out and support each other.

So those are the 4 pieces:

1. 8-12 weeks of modules.

2. A weekly Zoom Q&A call.

3. A Help Desk to submit questions.

4. A Facebook Group.

That's it. Of course you can - and should - add more as your program grows. But that's all you need to get started.

As far as how to deliver your modules, any membership software will do. Kajabi, Clickfunnels, Circle, whatever.

You could even just email people the modules one by one. We had a client doing $150,000 a month just using email. People joined, and he emailed them Week 1. Then 7 days later, they got Week 2. And so on.

Don't get hung up on this. All your audience cares about is the quality of the training, not what platform you use to deliver it.

Now, I also said that your workshop should be high-ticket. That means you price it at $3,000 to $10,000 or more. I know you've never charged that much before. I don't care.

At COD, we've probably turned more coaches into millionaires than any other program out there. None of them were charging these kinds of prices when they came to us. If they can do it, why not you?

Charging those premium prices is a game-changer for a few reasons. First of all, it's easier for you to hit $1,000 a day if you're doing it in $5,000 or $10,000 chunks, right?

Let's do some quick math: $1,000 a day is $30,000 a month. So if you have a $5,000 program, you only need 6 clients per month to hit $30,000. If you have a $10,000 program, you only need 3.

It is MUCH easier to enroll 3 people into a $10,000 program to than it is to enroll 1,000 people into a $30 program. And, it makes your whole life easier, because clients who are willing to spend $5,000 - $10,000 are the BEST clients in the world, period.

When they make that investment, they show up coachable, resourceful, and grateful. They do the work. They get results. They make you look like a rock star. Everybody wins.

This is how you build a business that transforms people's lives.

Now, how to get the clients? When it comes to marketing, we want simplicity, and we want things to work on autopilot.

The client-attraction process we use is extremely simple:

1. Run ads on social media, like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

2. Send people to a sign-up page where you collect name, email, and phone number.

3. Direct them to a video. At the end of the video, offer them the chance to book a call to speak about working together.

4. On the call, if they are a fit, enroll them into your high-ticket offer.

That's it.

The reason we keep it this simple is because it works. I don't want you to get bogged down in the tech stuff. That's a waste of your time.

I want you doing what you do best - changing your clients' lives and getting them amazing results. So by keeping the funnel this simple, there's fewer things to optimize and fewer things that can break.

Once this is up and running, you should have smoking hot prospects reaching out to work with you, like clockwork. They're pre-sold, because they've watched your video. They've filled out an application so you have a good sense of whether they're a fit. Then you just enroll them into your new program.

Of course, there's a lot of key details that make this work, and many people have tried to do this and blown it because they missed those details.

Still, if you implement this strategy well, I think you will be stunned at how fast your business scales. Doing $1,000 a day, or $30,000 a month is actually small potatoes with this kind of setup:
