SNS Institutions are known for their standard, innovation and DT approach. As a Class Advisor of CST I Year, SNS College of Engineering, our Class took up a challenge of making the entire class to present papers in National level Seminars. We named this effort as - Project Nethra. The Students were of different places, backgrounds and schools to find a common ground was still easy since we have multiple level support in our Institution.

first time I wrote in the black board Project Nethra and said now we are 0/57 we need to make it 57/57, Students looked me with a puzzled reaction, then after a week we made 4/57 and by March,3 we were 57/57.

We divided our Students into smaller groups of 4 to 5 and worked on different projects. Teams were given support technically and softskills wise. If a team had presented paper then that Team would become Mentor to yet to present Team and make them more effective. Staff took turns to monitor their growth systematically. Above three Teams had won Prizes nationally but I don't wish to make it a category since all Teams worked to their potentially.

Dr.Aravindhan Kurunthachalam, AP/CSE, was of great support and he literally sat with every Team to get the Paper done Technically correct. Soft skills and Language was taken care by me with little motivation. Our HOD Sir, Dr.Periyakaruppan and our Principal Dr.S Charles were guiding pillars for us. Not to forget our Management, Our Chairman Sir, DR. S. N. SUBBRAMANIAN and Technical Director DR. S. NALIN VIMAL KUMAR, who were inspiring us to take these kind of projects from day one. The most important force behind this success is Student's Parents who are source of all. Many Parents shared their happiness and joy in phone and in person. Being Teacher has never been about money or profession to me, it's true value is only when this joy, intellect and teamwork happens successfully around me. These Students have not reached any final race but now they have started a new track record, we have a long way to go with love and blessings of all of you.?
