100 kilometres for Motor Neurone Disease
Forgive the plea for such a worthy cause. I last did something like this in 2016 when I walked up Kilimanjaro. At the time I raised around ￡5,900 for research into Motor Neurone Disease as a close friend had just been diagnosed with MND. Sadly, since then Dave lost his brave fight against an unfair and merciless opponent. We are walking 100k on the 3 July across the Peak District and would like to take the opportunity to raise some much needed funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. We are all the wrong side of the age at which you should attempt such foolish things but knowing we are raising money for such a worthy cause will help spur us on. As before, all related costs of the event have been funded by ourselves so rest assured everything raised will be going direct to MND.
