Nowadays the air filter quality is so good that there is no problem to remove airborne contaminants from the exhaust air. The difficulties occur in the replacement process of contaminated filters because the filters have to be maintained and replaced periodically.

Development for Aseptic filling process – 100% IPC Filling Machine with airSAF system.
- Vial size: 2ml - 100ml
- Working speed: 200 VPM (Based on 6R container and 2ml volume)
- Filling accuracy: ±1.3% with ±2σ range
- Once the containers exit the tunnel, they are transported by a turn table covered with PE surface. And there is a visual detection at infeed star-wheel.
- Vials transported stably to the filling stations by a walking beam.
- Stoppering by stopper plate. And half/ full stopper is possible based on recipe.
- Independent sampling and rejection channel.
- Lower requirement of floor height. AirSAF will be installed at the bottom of the return air ducts of the isolator. Floor height should be more than 4.8m if AirSAFs are used in the isolator.
- Isolator standard height is 6.0m. Air returning ducts of isolator equipped with AirSAFs does not need to be cleaned so as to reduce utilities consumption.
- Easy access to maintenance in cleanroom. No need cleaning investment in ducts and shorter cleaning time & effort.
- AirSAF is assembled and disassembled as a whole closed module, with automatic air door locking, physical isolation of upstream and downstream, detachable and impervious to toxic substances. Lower diffusion range of toxic substances. Only in the isolator compartment, the air duct does not need to be cleaned.
- Integrated smart filling system. Reduces the loss of product by re-fill function and 100% IPC function.
- Visual detection function for empty vials. To detect the presence or absence of foreign objects in the empty vials.
- Reserved single use filling system.
- Nitrogen flushing before and after filling station. And nitrogen tunnel protect before stoppering.
