Last week we had a memorable moment. We reached 100 5-star reviews on Trustpilot from happy clients who we helped buy their first home in Germany, many expats and several Germans as well.

Why its important for us

Coming from the mobile space, where reviews are often-gamed, each of our reviews tells a story. In-app purchases are often just a fingerprint or Face-ID away. Unfortunately, the mortgage process is very in-transparent with hundreds of lenders and antiquated criteria making each case a unique story.

Technology helps, but we're not there yet

Technology has helped us build algorithm powered mortgage advisors who can help customers get the fairest and most objective mortgage recommendation. We then search for the lender offering this product at the lowest price saving customers time and money.

The last-mile problem

The last-mile of logistics was hard when I worked at Zalando, but the mortgage last-mile is even worse. Banks are not consistent with their criteria, notary deadlines are tight, real-estate brokers are often commission driven and in-transparent towards buyers. A human element to coordinate this has made our advisors critical part of our team.
