100% Do This Instead of Relying on Quick Fixes

100% Do This Instead of Relying on Quick Fixes

We've all been there. You start to feel a little heavier than usual and before you know it, you're in full-blown panic mode about your weight.?

You try every fad diet under the sun, you punish yourself with intense exercise regimens, and you cut out all of your favorite foods.?

But eventually, you just can't keep up the restrictive lifestyle and you end up right back where you started—or even worse. So what's the solution??

Is it possible to maintain a healthy weight without radical dieting and overextending yourself physically?

The answer is yes—but it's not going to be as easy as taking a pill, taking up your old high-school exercise routine or just buying new workout gear.?

In order to become the master of our physical body, and not let poor habits take over, we must override our impulses and desires for short term gratification.?

We must have a meaningful way of eating, exercising and living healthy that is built on integrity and avoid relying on quick fixes whenever we finally admit that we are not living with the body we want.

At the core of my Fit4Life Rx programs, I teach that in order to be become masters of our body and habits and stop relying on quick fixes we must desire to live in the place where:

>> MEANINGFUL & PURPOSEFUL ACTION intersect with PATIENCE and BELIEF in the growth process. <<

This way we don’t fall victim to our own inner-child who "plants a seed and then waits a week and goes and digs it back up and is disappointed when he sees no fruit yet."

Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is the best version of your body. Consider making integral changes to your diet and exercise routine that will really make a difference AND you can realistically stick to for the long haul.?

And most importantly, be patient! Results take time, but if you stick with it and keep adding on layers of meaningful and purposeful action, you will live the way you need to to hit your goals and make it easy to maintain.

Quick fixes might seem like the answer when you're desperate to lose weight, but they are rarely sustainable in the long run.?

If you really want to make a change, it's important to take meaningful and purposeful action and meet it with patience and belief that you will see a difference AND that it is ALL worth it.?

Making small changes that you can realistically stick to over time is more likely to lead to lasting results. So ditch the fad diets and punishing workouts—they're not going to set you up for success in the long run!
