Thank you, are the first words I need to say to all of you.? I really appreciate you reading, following, commenting, and reaching out based on the subject matter resented in the Accidental Leader.

From the very beginning I intended the Accidental Leader Newsletter to have a mission to explore the depths of leadership, personal development, and life's challenges. This has also been a “We” Project and not a “Me” project. True leadership often emerges unexpectedly, and it's the journey of growth and self-discovery that shapes us into the leaders we were meant to be. Well, that is how it should go……

We have all experienced the truth of our leadership journeys in different ways. The best thing about the leadership journey is that we bring our whole complete selves into the effort.? The worst thing about the leadership journey is that we bring our whole complete selves, and…. issues, challenges, uncommunicated needs, uncommunicated expectations, trauma, and usually a caffeine addiction.

?There need to be spaces where you can find out that you are not the only one, you are not alone.? By broaching difficult subjects, topics like imposter syndrome, executive dysfunction, fear, self-worth, money mindset, and validation.? The moments I look forward to is helping someone and hearing” There is a name for that??? Other people go thru this too?”? Watching that deep breath and seeing the metaphoric wheels turning in their mind as they adjust the perception, they held of themselves. Difficult subjects are not just discussed here; they are dissected, explored, and, most importantly, made relatable. These articles don't just scratch the surface; they dive deep into the heart of these issues, offering insights and practical advice. Much of which has come from my interactions with clients facing the ongoing personal struggles of putting themselves out there as leaders. Seeing what has been possible to implement, and how some challenges require ongoing support.?

On this momentous occasion of publishing the 100th article of the Accidental Leader Newsletter I want to express heartfelt gratitude to you, the readers. Your support, engagement, and willingness to engage with vulnerability are the driving force behind this incredible journey.? This work is close to my heart and will remain a passion for me always.? You see… I have been and am an accidental leader.? A deep passion to help improve my community brought me out of my shell.? The challenges I write about are the challenges I have faced and continue to face.? Still don’t know what to think when I post something and it says “Author” next to my name, gulp…? I can hear the imposter syndrome monster straining at the chains just waiting to get it’s teeth into that juicy morsel.?? The short way to say it is that we are in this together.? I will share what I learn from others and about myself on this journey.

?The Accidental Leader Newsletter is just getting started. With the 100th article marking a significant milestone, there are hundreds more waiting in the wings. eager to continue sharing insights, experiences, and stories that will continue to guide you on our path of growth and self-discovery.

It is important to acknowledge the community that has formed around the Accidental Leader Newsletter. It's a community of individuals dedicated to both internal and external growth, a place where vulnerability is celebrated, and personal development is a shared adventure.

So, let's embrace the journey ahead, and together, let's continue growing, learning, and thriving. Again, thank you for being a part of this adventure.
